A leading global K–12 education organisation is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to lead the development of a robust, scalable translation and content production strategy for upcoming online courses. This is a unique opportunity to shape multilingual learning at scale within a complex, international environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of defining and implementing a clear, future-proof translation strategy across digital learning content. While the majority of platform content is currently in English, this role is less about hands-on translation and more about designing governance, process, and scalability. You will review existing multilingual content, establish best-practice workflows, and build a sustainable framework that can support current and future languages. You will also coordinate closely with an established external translation agency, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate existing multilingual digital learning content
  • Define and implement a clear, scalable translation strategy
  • Develop sustainable processes for expanding into additional languages (including those not personally spoken)
  • Establish governance and quality standards for translated content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across learning, technology, and content teams
  • Manage and coordinate work with an external translation supplier
  • Contribute to content authoring and platform optimisation where required

You will bring a strong background in Instructional Design / Learning Experience Design, alongside experience working in multilingual or global learning environments.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English plus 1–2 of the following languages: Spanish, Simplified Chinese
  • Strong strategic mindset - able to design processes, not just execute tasks
  • Experience building scalable, sustainable content or translation workflows
  • Working knowledge of CSS
