Learning Coordinator (Workday)
📍 Hybrid – 1–2 days/week in Cambridgeshire
🕒 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35
💷 Circa £300/day

Are you a Workday Learning specialist with a creative mindset and a passion for agile delivery? We’re supporting a leading UK utilities organisation in hiring a Learning Coordinator to manage and enhance their Workday Learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & support the Workday Learning system end-to-end
- Upload and manage learning content
- Assign courses and track employee progress
- Provide system support to learners & line managers
- Schedule facilitator-led sessions
- Produce reports & maintain programme accuracy
- Use Excel for tracking, reporting and data analysis
