Job Description

Learning Coordinator (Workday)

📍 Hybrid – 1–2 days/week in Cambridgeshire

🕒 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35

💷 Circa £300/day

🗓 Start Date: Monday 19th May

Are you a Workday Learning specialist with a creative mindset and a passion for agile delivery? We’re supporting a leading UK utilities organisation in hiring a Learning Coordinator to manage and enhance their Workday Learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage & support the Workday Learning system end-to-end
  • Upload and manage learning content
  • Assign courses and track employee progress
  • Provide system support to learners & line managers
  • Schedule facilitator-led sessions
  • Produce reports & maintain programme accuracy
  • Use Excel for tracking, reporting and data analysis
