Role
This is not a traditional L&D role; it\'s about applying modern learning principles to create scalable, user-centred learning that embeds growth directly into the flow of work. As the Learning Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions that make a measurable impact. You’ll bring both creativity and commercial acumen, combining experience design with hands-on delivery, and the ability to spot opportunities and sell solutions in fast-paced corporate environments.
Skillset required:
- Learning Experience Design: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, human-centred learning experiences, applying principles of UX, design thinking, and creative approaches such as gamification.
- Performance Consulting: Skilled at diagnosing business and performance challenges, and proposing solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- End-to-End L&D Delivery: Experience working across the full learning lifecycle – from needs analysis and solution design to delivery and evaluation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong consulting and facilitation skills, able to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and manage expectations with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of billable time and consultative selling, with experience spotting opportunities and adding value for clients.
- Creativity and Innovation: A curious, imaginative mindset, bringing fresh ideas and energy to learning design and delivery.
- Agility: Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments, adapting quickly to new contexts and balancing multiple priorities.
