Instinct are working with a Learning consultancy firm aiming to achieve client learning needs. Through designing tailored, bespoke learning solutions they aim to promote learning materials surrounding build leadership, customer service, and organisational skills across teams. Using a people-first approach, they aim to prepare teams for change, define values, refine strategies and streamline operations
RoleThe client are seeking a Learning consultant to work autonomously with clients to be able to diagnose gaps in learning surrounding development needs. From this you must be able to design tailored solutions to address gaps in learning and have the ability to deliver high impact person centered solutions. You will take ownership of a growing portfolio of client relationships whilst collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and deliver bespoke learning materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Consulting Delivery
Work directly with clients to discover and diagnose learning and performance challenges
Design tailored learning solutions aligned to client needs and business context
Deliver learning interventions across a range of formats (workshops, programmes, facilitated sessions, etc.)
Work with mid to mid-senior level client groups, including Director-level audiences
Client Relationship & Account Ownership
Build strong, trusted client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
Support the growth and expansion of existing client accounts with guidance
Balance autonomy with collaboration, ensuring alignment with wider business goals
Project & Engagement Management
Manage aspects of client engagements, including scoping, planning, and delivery
Demonstrate strong project planning and delivery fundamentals
Work effectively across internal teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes

Experience Background (Indicative, Not Prescriptive)
Background in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Consulting, or Talent Development
Experience working with external clients preferred
Exposure to senior stakeholders advantageous
