This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small, collaborative product and development team, partnering closely with Product Managers to design and develop high-quality learning and assessment solutions for learning, apprenticeships and certifications.
As a Learning & Assessment Designer you will ensure that products are translated from concept into effective learning and assessment designs, and aligned to product briefs, strategic objectives, and defined standards.
You will work within a UK membership body at the forefront of shaping the future of computing and information technology, driving excellence through industry standards, certifications, and the accreditation of cutting-edge academic programmes. Championing innovation alongside responsibility, it empowers professionals at every stage to grow, connect, and lead in a rapidly evolving digital world.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in learning design, instructional design, or curriculum development
- Experience designing structured learning programmes, pathways, or qualifications
- Experience of assessment design and development
- Experience of aligning learning and assessment products to skills or competency frameworks
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts and external suppliers
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing requirements
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, assessment tools such as QuestionMark, authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Articulate Storyline
- Experience designing stackable, modular, or micro-credential learning programmes
- Experience working within or alongside a professional body, awarding organisation, or membership body
- Project coordination or management experience (desirable)
