Instinct is partnering with a global professional services organisation to support the growth of its Learning & Development function. With delivery spanning Europe and North America, the business runs a wide portfolio of in-person and virtual programmes designed to build capability across its international workforce.
We are seeking an experienced Learning Delivery Specialist to support the end-to-end management and delivery of learning programmes. Reporting into the Director of Learning & Delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring programmes run seamlessly across multiple regions. This is a hands-on delivery support role focused on operational excellence. You will manage programme logistics from initial set-up through to completion, acting as a key point of coordination across facilitators, platforms, venues, and internal stakeholders. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys owning the detail behind high-quality learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end coordination of learning programmes across Europe
- Maintaining training calendars and ensuring accurate system records
- Supporting virtual programme delivery
- Booking meeting rooms and managing venue logistics (London and New York key hubs)
- Coordinating catering, materials, virtual links, and facilitator requirements
- Managing programme communications and responding to participant queries
- Ensuring smooth execution across all programme touchpoints
- Supporting the wider Learning Delivery team with operational tasks
- Acting as a first point of contact for L&D queries
- Flagging risks or challenges early and identifying practical solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Skillset Required
- Experience within Learning & Development, events, or programme operations (professional services experience desirable)
- Strong end-to-end programme management capability
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working across time zones in a global environment
