This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised professional body that sets standards and provides education, certification and research within their specialist sector. They are looking for someone to join their team as a full time learning designer, to identify and update pieces of their learning offerings into engaging learning videos.
Required Experience
- Strong Learning Design experience with a focus on video-based learning content
- Ability to review draft modules and identify content suitable for video transformation
- Proven experience in scripting and storyboarding for video learning
- Hands-on experience creating end-to-end video content (screencasts, talking head, narrative/explainer)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere / Adobe Creative Suite for video production
- Ability to produce high volumes of video content at pace
- Strong understanding of designing specifically for video as a learning medium
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Awareness of AI video tools (e.g. Synthesia) advantageous but not essential
