The Role

This is a hands-on Google Workspace Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist role focused on supporting a UK-wide transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace. The organisation has already delivered some initial virtual training sessions; however, feedback has highlighted that the training was too generic and not sufficiently practical or aligned to day-to-day workflows. They are now looking for a trainer who can work directly with employees in real time, using live business documents to build confidence and capability across Google Workspace tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on training across Google Sheets (primary focus)
  • Support Google Docs and Google Slides adoption
  • Help users transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace
  • Convert existing Excel files into Google Sheets with end users

Practical, Embedded Support

  • Work directly on live business documents with employees
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Support 1:1 and group-based training sessions
  • Build confidence through task-based, practical learning

User Enablement

  • Coach users through day-to-day workflows in Google Workspace
  • Adapt training to different levels of digital capability
  • Drive adoption across back-office teams

Essential Experience
