The Role
This is a hands-on Google Workspace Trainer / Digital Adoption Specialist role focused on supporting a UK-wide transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace. The organisation has already delivered some initial virtual training sessions; however, feedback has highlighted that the training was too generic and not sufficiently practical or aligned to day-to-day workflows. They are now looking for a trainer who can work directly with employees in real time, using live business documents to build confidence and capability across Google Workspace tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training across Google Sheets (primary focus)
- Support Google Docs and Google Slides adoption
- Help users transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace
- Convert existing Excel files into Google Sheets with end users
Practical, Embedded Support
- Work directly on live business documents with employees
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support 1:1 and group-based training sessions
- Build confidence through task-based, practical learning
User Enablement
