Global Learning Lead
12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Role
This role involves supporting the Head of Learning in leading the learning team. You will oversee the day-to-day direction of the team, ensuring they understand project requirements, delegating workloads, addressing queries, and maintaining the quality of learning outputs. You will bring fresh ideas, prioritise tasks effectively, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Using your leadership experience, you will mentor and guide the team, offering support and leveraging your initiative to drive success. The role also involves collaborating with international stakeholders, attending meetings to understand client needs, and working closely with the Head of Learning.
Please note: This is not a strategic role, does not include line management responsibilities, and is not a hands-on learning design position.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have proven experience leading OR mentoring a team within a learning or development (L&D) environment.
• Be confident in using their initiative and making decisions.
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrate a passion for researching and exploring digital learning tools.
• Enjoy problem-solving and delivering effective solutions.
