Instinct is partnering with a globally recognised consumer goods organisation to recruit a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a high-performing Talent & Learning team.
The role sits at the heart of the learning function and would suit someone with previous L&D administration, training coordination, learning operations or HR coordination experience who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the logistics, administration and communications that underpin the successful delivery of learning programmes across the business. You'll work with learning professionals, facilitators and employees to ensure programmes are scheduled, communicated and delivered effectively, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider learning agenda.
- Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives
- Schedule training sessions and manage programme logistics
- Coordinate room bookings and virtual learning sessions
- Maintain learning records and programme data within the LMS
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Learning & Development team
Previous experience within Learning & Development, Training or Learning Operations is required, along with experience coordinating programmes, events, training or workshops. Experience using Learning Management Systems (Ideally Workday) is also preferred.
