We’re working with a leading provider in the education and professional training space who is looking for an experienced Digital Learning Development Manager to lead their in-house digital development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of digital learning by leading a team of 8 developers in creating and maintaining online resources for professional learners. You’ll be instrumental in managing a custom HTML/CSS/JS development framework, delivering high-quality learning experiences, and championing accessibility, quality, and innovation.
Key responsibilities:- Leading and mentoring a team of digital developers, ensuring effective performance and development.
- Overseeing the development of interactive, accessible, and scalable online learning tools.
- Managing the team’s workflow across BAU cycles and strategic projects.
- Driving technical innovation using web technologies, APIs, and efficient development practices.
- Maintaining and enhancing coding standards and QA processes.
- Collaborating closely with curriculum, UX, and project stakeholders.
- Using learner engagement and usage data to help improve content quality and product strategy.
- Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript for any development tasks in the LMS.
- Creating custom development frameworks for Digital learning.
