About the teamYou\’d be joining a global Learning & Talent function that supports 5,500+ employees. The team delivers learning solutions in areas like leadership development, professional skills, compliance training, DE&I, sustainability, and business change. The digital design team works as an in-house creative function, solving business challenges through design thinking and innovative digital learning solutions.
The roleThis is a hands-on creative role within a multidisciplinary design team where you\’ll help design engaging learning experiences and digital assets that support global business initiatives.
You\’ll be involved across the full design process, from research and ideation through to prototyping and production, creating solutions that are visually strong, user-focused, and performance-driven.
