Digital Learning Designer

Day-rate: Circa £300 per day / £55,000-£60,000 per annum pro rata

We’re working with a long-standing client of ours who is a renowned learning and skills-based organisation that works with large-name organisations to create bespoke learning solutions.

Role

You will be responsible for turning complex information into blended learning solutions for two of the organisation\'s biggest clients. This will be technical content such as dangerous goods, processes, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be client-facing and will work closely with stakeholders to identify the best learning solutions.

Person

The successful person will have:

  • Must have strong prior experience in a client-facing digital learning design position.
  • Must come from a creative digital agency background, with proven experience producing innovative, high-impact learning content for a range of clients.
  • Scripting and storyboarding content for blended learning.
  • An understanding of learning theories, UX principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
