It combines digital innovation, facilitated workshops, and realistic simulations to create engaging learning experiences that build leadership capability, strengthen communication, and improve performance. The focus is on driving measurable behavioural change and supporting long-term professional and organisational growth.
Our client is currently looking for an Operations lead to ensure the business runs smoothly in a scalable manner across non-technical domains. You will ensure delivery teams are enabled through looking after the CRM system and streamlining processes. You will play a key role in developing long term operational strategies.
Core priorities:
- Leading and evolving business-wide operational systems, processes, and infrastructure
- Driving data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and operational insight
- Building scalable frameworks across sales, delivery, and operations
- Owning vendor relationships and optimising the external partner ecosystem
- Overseeing associate/faculty resourcing to ensure seamless delivery
- Embedding quality, governance, and risk management frameworks
Essential criteria:
- Experience in an operational leadership role within a commercial business
- Strong capability in process design, optimisation and scalability with experience of technology-enabled business transformation, process design and optimisation and/or operating model design.
- High proficiency in analysing operational data to drive insight, forecasting and performance improvements.
- Strong commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the commercial mechanics of professional services
- Comfortable creating and reviewing reports for executive teams and boards.
- Strong organisational and planning skills. Ability to translate operational strategies into executable plans.
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Experience leading change/continuous improvement projects/programmes with cross-functional implementation.
- Excellent communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment across functions.
- Experience working closely with delivery or client-facing teams to enable performance and predictability.
- Track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of CRM, project management or scheduling systems and how to optimise their usage.
- Previous experience of overseeing resourcing.
Desirable criteria:
- Previous experience of working with CMap would be highly desirable.
- Exposure to ISO, compliance environments or controlled operational frameworks.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience managing a flexible, associate or contractor workforce.
- Familiarity with building communities or talent pools.
- Project management, Lean Six Sigma or process improvement credentials advantageous.
