Company Instinct is partnering with an established learning and development organisation that is launching two innovative leadership development programmes and is seeking experienced freelance facilitators to support delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing provider that combines apprenticeship standards with practical leadership development, supporting learners across a range of sectors and organisations.
Role: We are looking for trainers/facilitators to deliver a Level 4 Business Analyst course across multiple cohorts, covering Business Analytics. In this role, you will use your real-world knowledge alongside strong facilitation skills to deliver training to the next generation of Business Analysts. With multiple courses launching in September, they are looking for an individual to start in July to familiarise themselves with the materials and engage learners in the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging leadership and management masterclasses to learner cohorts.
- Contextualise programme content using your own occupational and industry experience.
- Support learner engagement through ad-hoc guidance and learner queries.
- Undertake session preparation and planning ahead of delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a high-quality learner experience.
- Contribute to programme enhancement and curriculum discussions where required.
What we are looking for
Essential:
- Experience delivering programmes aligned to business analysis, leadership or management standards.
- Previous experience coaching, mentoring, assessing or supporting learners through apprenticeship programmes.
- Leadership and management experience that enables you to bring real-world examples into delivery.
- Strong facilitation and virtual classroom delivery skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse learner groups.
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
