You will manage a blended pipeline, turning warm inbound marketing leads into strategic partnerships, while selectively targeting your own networks to open doors with high-value clients. The client is highly flexible and open to shaping this role around the right person, offering this as either a full-time position or a flexible 4-day week.
Key Responsibilities- Consultative Lead Conversion: Qualify and convert inbound leads generated through existing marketing and referral channels.
- Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting C-Suite executives and HR Directors across various sectors.
- Collaborative Pitching: Partner directly with delivery consultants to shape compelling, tailored proposals and pitches for complex client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Own the sales cycle from initial contact to close, managing your pipeline and helping refine the internal sales process.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the consultancy with credibility, warmth, and strategic insight at industry events and networking activities.
