We’re delighted to be working with a forward-thinking digital learning provider specialising in AI-driven software engineering and immersive learning solutions. They are delivering an ambitious programme that uses interactive modules, synchronous workshops, and real-world coding applications to transform how AI and software engineering skills are taught.
Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge programme focused on AIPE software engineering programmes. As a Learning Designer / Subject Matter Expert, you’ll create engaging, technically accurate learning content, including asynchronous modules and synchronous workshop materials. You’ll apply your expertise to develop detailed storyboards, coding exercises, and skills application activities that help learners build practical, real-world capabilities in AI-enabled software development.
Skillset required:
- Instructional Design Expertise: Strong background in designing technically accurate learning journeys using frameworks such as ADDIE or DSAT, with a focus on coding, software development, and AI-enabled processes.
- Technical Learning Content Creation: Experience developing storyboards, scripts, and exercises that teach programming, AI implementation, or software engineering concepts in an applied, hands-on way.
- Blended Learning Solutions: Ability to integrate asynchronous modules, live workshops, and practical coding labs to deliver end-to-end learning experiences.
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-relevant languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, and the ability to translate technical content into digestible learning experiences.
