Recruitment Consultant Self Employed

InstaStaff are hiring, we are looking for a Self-Employed Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant to work for yourself with the support and tools from an established agency. You will run your own desk, diary, work your own hours, pick your own clients and candidates and have your own business. In return InstaStaff will provide you with a laptop, phone, access to job boards, search facilities, business cards, office space, use of a resourcer, compliance checks on RTW and payroll of candidates if required. You will work on a self-employed basis and invoice InstaStaff monthly for 60% of the billing for that month, this can cover both temporary and permanent vacancies. As you will be self employed you will need to have your own clients and leads. We are small, family run recruitment agency, but big in client base, service and values. This role will be starting off as a temporary position, with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate. This is an exciting role for someone who believes in their ability and is looking to break into the Self-Employed market but work under the umbrella of an agency.
