InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Field Operators to join their remote team based at various bus, tram and rail depos across Birmingham.

As a Part Time Customer Service Field Operator, you will be required to work in pairs and gather data from people that are travelling via bus, tram or train.
You will be counting passengers getting on and off their mode of transport, directing the drivers to wait while you gather the information, passing information to the person you are working with, this then will get entered into a portal via a handheld computer.
This role will be on an ad hoc basis to suit yourself, we require people across all 7 days of the week, you choose the day you wish to work.
The hours of work will be 6.30am β 12.30pm per day.
The duties of the Part Time Customer Service Field Operator will include:
Working in pairs at various depos
Working in pair and based on moving trains and trams
Directing bus drivers to wait whilst you gather the required information
Using a clicker to count the number of passengers getting on and off their chosen mode of transport
Gathering information and uploading it into the handheld computer
