Instastaff are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join a leading wholesale retail company based in Sutton Coldfield.
You will be required to support the marketing and design team to deliver the extraordinary to my client’s customers through a wide rage of marketing activities, resulting in driving sales, increasing brand awareness and strengthening customer relationships across B2B and B2C audiences.
Bringing ideas to life quickly, managing multiple priorities and helping ensure consistency across the business with all aspects of marketing,
You will need to have experience of social media platforms including Face Book, Instagram, X and Tik Tok.
The duties of the Marketing Assistant will include:
- Develop and grow social media channels
- Support the creation of email campaigns
- Use the CMS systems for web and e-commerce administration tasks that support the marketing campaigns
- Produce and edit engaging video and photographic content for social and digital platforms
- Write strong, on-brand copy for use across the business, for campaigns, communications etc.
- Coordinating seasonal promotions, product launches, and trade events including print and digital marketing
- Engaging with customer’s comments and questions on our social media channels
- Managing inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
- Coordinating with vendors and printers, sourcing quotes
The ideal Marketing Assistant will have:
- Previous experience within a marketing support role
- Strong social media skills, creating video shorts, basic editing and photography for social media
- Experience using design and editing software/apps (e.g. Canva, Adobe Design Suite)
- The ability to attend some trade shows and event support work which will require UK travel
The hours of work for the Marketing Assistant role are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
This is a fully office-based role
The salary for he Marketing Assistant role is circa £30,000
