My client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operation Manager, who speaks Romanian and you must have operations experience within a warehouse environment
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, communicates with passion, and pushes for continuous improvement
The duties of the Warehouse Operation Manager include
- Leading the daily running of the warehouse operation
- Driving safety, standards and team performance
- Managing a team of warehouse operatives
- Introduce safety measures, training and behaviours
- Carry out regular audits
- Been present on the shop floor and leading by example
- Continuously reviewing the warehouse processes and workflows
- Lead improvement projects
- Work closely with managers to understand their requirements
- Ensure equipment is prepared, maintained and dispatched to a high standard
- Support planning for peak periods
- Coach and support the warehouse team
- Oversee stock accuracy, count and stock conditions
- Maintain compliance documentation
- Ensure all systems are being updated by the warehouse team daily
- Monitor KPIs and report performances to Head of Operations

- Experience within an operational role
- Spoken and written Romanian language
