InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Part Time Market Researcher to join their clients remote team based at various bus, tram and rail depots across Birmingham. As a Part Time Market Researcher, you will be required to approach people travelling throughout Birmingham on trains, buses and trams, undertaking market research questions, and asking them their views, opinions and feedback on various subjects.
You will have experience in market research duties and be confident in approaching people and holding a conversation to gather the information required. This role will be on an ad hoc basis to suit yourself; we require people across all 7 days of the week, you choose the day you wish to work. The hours of work will be either 8am - 2pm or 1pm - 7pm.
The duties of the Part Time Market Researcher will include:
- Working at various transport locations
- Speaking to people face to face
- Asking the public questions and completing surveys
- Gathering information
- Filling in forms on a hand-held device
The ideal Part Time Market Researcher will have:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
