InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a company based in Birmingham City centre.\\n\\nYou will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and be the first point of contact for customers phoning up to renew or purchase the companyโs products.\\n\\nThe duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:\\n\\nHandling inbound calls from new and existing customers\\nAct as first point of contact to all customers contacting the business\\nProcessing applications\\nResponding to emails\\nManage complaints\\nProvide high quality service throughout the customer lifecycle\\nEnsuing all accounts and information provided are correct\\nInputting all details onto the inhouse system\\nThe ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:\\n\\nExperience in a similar role\\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written\\nThe ability to resolve queries and questions\\nThe department is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, you will work a mix of hours they will be 8am โ 4pm, 9am โ 5pm and 10am โ 6pm.\\n\\nThe salary for this role is ยฃ14.50\\n\\nThis is a long temp temporary role, with the possibility of it going permanent for the right candidate
