InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a FLT Bendi Driver to join a distribution company in Bordesley Green, Birmingham. The hours for the FLT Bendi Driver will be Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm.
This role will be a mix of FLT duties and Warehouse duties, you will not be driving the FLT for the whole shift, there will be elements of undertaking Picker Packer duties too.
The duties of the FLT Bendi Driver are:
- Using a Bendi FLT to move stock around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking trade and consumer orders
- Using a voice headset for picking the orders
- Working towards KPI targets
- Manual packing for larger items
- Smaller items are packed via a feeder, so you will be required to check the feed and make sure the items are in the correct place
- Packing via a conveyor belt
- Quality checking the packing
The ideal FLT Bendi Driver will have:
- A current Bendi licence not in-house
- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent understanding of English
The salary for the FLT Bendi Driver will be £13.00 per hour if you hold up to 2 FLT licences and £14.19 per hour for 3 or more licences held.
