The Creative Experience Manager is the on-site ambassador of our new brand and the owner of the client experience from first briefing to post-delivery follow-up. This role goes far beyond image capture — it combines creative direction, client relationship management, and five-star service delivery.
Creative Experience Managers are trusted to represent the brand with calm authority, discretion, and professionalism, while delivering high-quality photo and video content aligned with each client’s brief. They operate comfortably in high-end, luxury environments and understand the expectations of premium, discerning clients.
Culture, Values & Way of Working (Humanity Ventures)
Humanity Ventures is a purpose-driven group built on excellence, meaning, and service. We believe that outstanding creative work comes from grounded, present, emotionally intelligent professionals. Our culture integrates professionalism with depth — combining technical mastery, human sensitivity, and a strong sense of purpose.
Creative Experience Managers are expected to:
- Be comfortable in a high-end, opulent, five-star luxury context
- Understand and embody refined service codes similar to premium hospitality, private members’ clubs, or luxury hotels
- Work with calm confidence, presence, and discretion
- Respect and align with a culture that values inner balance as much as external excellence
As part of Humanity Ventures, team members are invited (and encouraged) to participate in an annual off-site retreat, which includes elements such as reflection, mindfulness, and yoga. This retreat supports wellbeing, alignment, and long-term performance. It is an integral part of our culture, and candidates should feel comfortable in an environment where spirituality is present, inclusive, and grounded — never dogmatic.
This role therefore suits individuals who are:
- Emotionally mature
- Comfortable with depth, stillness, and responsibility
- At ease delivering luxury service with meaning
Core Responsibilities (Shared – Photo & Video)
- Own the end-to-end client experience for each booking
- Review and understand each client brief in advance
- Arrive prepared with all equipment, iPad, and materials
- Conduct a short pre-shoot conversation to align expectations
- Guide clients with confidence (poses, framing, pacing, tone)
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere on site
- Deliver a five-star, hospitality-level experience
- Represent InstaShoot with impeccable conduct and presentation
- Capture content that is on-brand, intentional, and technically sound
- Upload previews or selections promptly via the platform
- Request and log client feedback post-shoot
- Flag follow-ups, rebookings, or client preferences
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence at all times
Creative Experience Manager (Photography)

- Capture a broad, intentional selection of images (not random shooting)
- Ensure consistent exposure, colour, and composition standards
- Deliver clean, well-organised photo files ready for editing workflow
Creative Experience Manager (Videography)
Additional Video-Specific Duties
- Guide clients through on-camera presence and movement
- Capture purposeful sequences for storytelling, not just clips
- Manage audio, lighting, and framing with professional standards
- Film with editing in mind (continuity, pacing, variety)
- Deliver well-labelled footage suitable for fast turnaround
Professional Standards & Behaviour
- Act as a trusted partner, not a technician
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and composure under pressure
- Uphold new brand’s luxury service and safeguarding standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Protect the brand through exemplary behaviour on every booking

- Clients feel guided, reassured, and genuinely cared for

Who This Role Is Not For
- This role is not suitable for individuals who prefer a purely technical or transactional approach to creative work
- Are uncomfortable operating in high-end, luxury environments or with discerning, premium clients
- Do not enjoy client-facing roles that require presence, emotional intelligence, and discretion
- Feel uneasy with a company culture that values reflection, mindfulness, and personal alignment alongside performance
- Are looking for a fast, casual, or informal working style rather than polished, composed, five-star service delivery
This role suits professionals who take pride in how they show up, not only in what they produce.
Luxury Dress Code & Professional Presence
Creative Experience Managers represent InstaShoot and Humanity Ventures in environments that often mirror five-star hotels, private residences, premium brands, and high-profile clients. As such, a refined professional appearance is essential. Expectations include:
- Elegant, understated attire appropriate for luxury hospitality standards
- Neutral, timeless colour palettes (black, navy, beige, grey, white)
- Clean, well-fitted clothing that allows movement while maintaining polish
- Excellent personal grooming and hygiene at all times
- Discreet accessories; no visible logos, slogans, or casual streetwear

Presence matters as much as technical skill. Clients should immediately feel they are in the hands of someone trusted, capable, and refined.
