Build Your Future in Sales Leadership! Instarmacs two-year Sales Graduate Programme is designed to develop future Area Sales Managers and long-term business leaders. From day one, you'll have a clear career pathway, hands-on experience, and real responsibility with progression into a field-based Area Sales Manager role within two years.

The Programme: During your first 12 months, you'll rotate across:
- Internal Sales
- External Sales
- Marketing
- Exports
A key feature of the programme is Role Appreciation, which touches on all areas of the business from Production, Warehouse and Transport to all support functions. You'll build cross-functional knowledge, stronger internal relationships, and develop the commercial awareness needed to become a well-rounded sales leader.
