Join us on our journey. We are looking for a QHSE Manager to join our team based in Tamworth. This is an office based role Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00.

As QHSE Manager you will be responsible for providing accurate guidance to the company on all Quality related matters and promoting a positive culture and approach towards health, safety, environment and sustainability. You will have responsibility for ensuring the company operates within and adheres to all relevant legislation surrounding QHSE matters and applicable compliance procedures, along with managing a team - coaching them in order to achieve their objectives, targets and KPIs.
What you'll need:
- A demonstrable and proven track record of H&S management in a manufacturing, Warehousing and Transport environment
- Experience in the use of Quality tools such as, 8D, FEMEA, Ishikawa, Root Cause, Kaizen / Six Sigma & 5Y associated Quality tools
- A comprehensive working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with the ability to interpret, apply and maintain compliance with all relevant clauses across quality, environmental and health & safety management systems.
