You'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales.
Working closely with Area Sales Managers and internal departments, you'll follow up quotations and samples, convert enquiries into orders, promote new products and offers, maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll also maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate customer visits, resolve customer queries and contribute towards individual and team sales targets.
About You You'll have experience within internal sales, account management or a customer-focused sales environment, together with excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
You'll be confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office and enjoy delivering consultative solutions that help customers and grow accounts.
