What we will trust you to do As a HR Advisor, you will support in the delivery of a full range of Human Resource services to support the HR Strategy in getting the right people in the right place at the right time. The key emphasis of the role will focus on recruitment, operational support, project work, continuous improvement of HR systems, practices and metrics and reporting. Its all about you! Proven experience of managing and advising on Employee Relations activities including but not limited to Dispute Resolution, Performance Management, Grievances, Disciplinaries, Collective Consultation, Performance and Absence Management Strong customer service skills and ability to deal with difficult situations positively Drive and commitment to make things happen together with a driven nature to continuously improve processes and to get people to do the right thing Experience in manufacturing/engineering environment Experience the Instarmac Difference… We are w idely recognised for how we value, engage and reward our employees on a regional, national and industry level.
