We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator as part of a job share to support our fantastic customer and employee experience. Supporting the Board of Directors and Trustees meetings – ordering catering supplies and assisting with delivery and clean down. Delivery of daily refreshment schedule(hot drinks service) for our on site employees. Arranging catering and refreshments for group visitors and on site training academy delegates ensuring participation numbers do not exceed the Company\’s capacity requirements. Ensure fresh fruit and sundries are available on both our Manufacturing facility and Group Office building(s) tea, coffee, milk, condiments etc. Maintaining the reception, meeting rooms and communal areas carrying out item and daily spot cleaning checks to ensure facilities are fit for purpose and left in a presentable manner for guests, customers and internal employees. Conducting weekly audits on site kitchen areas (Office and Factory) Conducting daily spot checks on toilets and maintaining cleaning supplies for our external cleaning providers. Encouraging and maintaining a positive atmosphere and monitor satisfaction levels within departments. Taking an active interest in and contributing to the delivery of successful wellbeing promotional campaigns as part of engagement plan (such as employee engagement raffle/draws and wellbeing activities) Managing and overseeing our employee food events(from the external contractor set-up of obtaining food hygiene and compliance certificates and overseeing the arrival of vendors and employee ticketing system). Supporting our internal employee reward and recognition initiatives including charity collections, milestone celebrations and collections for special occasions. Requirements What you will need….
