Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager with Ofsted at InstaResource, located in Watford. The role involves overseeing compliance with Ofsted regulations, managing the day-to-day operations of the residential service, and leading a team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of children
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Staff management and performance appraisals
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders
  • Maintaining the service's standards and ensuring positive Ofsted inspections

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, specifically Ofsted standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience in managing residential care for children and young people, with a strong focus on ensuring safety and well-being
  • Proven leadership skills, including team management, performance evaluation, and the ability to foster a positive organizational culture
