Senior Sitecore Architect & AI-Driven DXP Leader in London

Requirements

• We have 10+ years of hands‑on Sitecore development experience across Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, XP and/or XM.
• We have 3–5 years of experience leading the design and implementation of digital technology solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• We have strong knowledge of Sitecore development patterns including JSS, Headless/SXA, Unicorn/SCS and multisite configurations.
• We have experience with Sitecore CDP, Personalize, Search, Content Hub, Send, or other composable DXP products.
• We understand Sitecore licensing, deployment architecture, and cloud hosting on Azure or AWS.
• We are familiar with Next. js, React, Vercel, and Netlify.
• We have experience integrating AI into professional software development, including AI coding assistants such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• We understand Large Language Models for code generation, documentation, and testing.
• We can design structured AI‑readable inputs such as content schemas, design tokens, and component specifications.
• Experience with prompt engineering or AI automation pipelines is highly desirable.
• We have strong technical skills in .

NET/C#, Java Script/Type Script, React or Next. js, RESTful APIs, Graph QL, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimisation, WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

• For one position, we are based in the United Kingdom and have excellent written and spoken English.
• For the second position, we are based in the United Kingdom, have fluent German at professional/business level, and excellent written and spoken English.
• Sitecore MVP status, active Sitecore community involvement, professional services experience, and experience refining or implementing Sitecore solutions are desirable.

Responsibilities

• We lead end‑to‑end technical architecture and delivery of Sitecore‑based digital experience platforms.
• We define and maintain technical standards, architectural patterns, and code quality practices.
• We run solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• We oversee integrations with third‑party platforms including CRMs, CDPs, DAMs, search engines, and marketing automation tools.
• We perform technical code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• We produce high‑level and detailed technical solution estimates.
• We review Statements of Work, project briefs, and technical requirements.
• We deliver technical documentation required during the discovery phase.
• We contribute to pre‑sales and project estimation activities.
• We identify technical risks and delivery challenges.
• We work closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects throughout project delivery.
• We support re‑estimation where project scope changes.
• We lead, mentor, and develop Sitecore Developers.
• We collaborate with cross‑functional teams including UX, Strategy, Data, and QA.
• We act as the primary technical contact for clients.
• We facilitate knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
• We lead technical planning, roadmap development, and technology selection.
• We support environment configuration and solution planning.
• We drive innovation initiatives and contribute to Sitecore AI roadmap discussions.
• We identify delivery risks and key project milestones.
• We work closely with Delivery Leads, Development Directors, and Client Partners on strategic delivery.

We are recruiting for two permanent, full‑time Senior Technical Lead positions with a salary of £90,000+ per annum, dependent on experience.

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel as required.
