Our brand is already everywhere but we need a creator‑strategist who can turn our product, data, and voice into scroll‑stopping content that drives buzz, sign‑ups, and love.

We’ve got 52k subscribers on our Youtube channel, 30k followers on LinkedIn, 55k members in our Facebook group & 11k followers on Instagram – almost 150k in total and growing daily.

Role

• Full‑stack content creation – plan, write, design, and publish daily posts across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• AI‑first production – leverage Midjourney/DALL‑E, Runway, Descript, and Instantly’s own data to crank out thumb‑stopping visuals, carousels, motion graphics, and memes fast.
• Viral idea engine – spot trends, hack formats, and pitch 5‑10 experiments a week (think “growth hooks,” contrarian takes, or live cold‑email teardowns).
• Community & DMs – jump into comment threads, surface user stories, and turn conversations into content loops and qualified leads.
• Analytics → iteration – track reach, saves, shares, and demo requests; run A/B hooks; double‑down on what moves conversions.
• Brand guardian – keep tone punchy, helpful, and a little mischievous – true to a tool that helps founders find more clients with AI.

Experience

• 3+ yrs running social for a SaaS, creator brand, or media account that grew from zero to meaningful reach (show us numbers).
• Pro‑level skill in Canva, Figma, or Adobe + comfort prompting AI image/video tools.
• Copy chops: cold‑email‑style hooks, 12‑slide LinkedIn carousels, and 60‑second reels that land the CTA.
• A testing mindset – obsessed with metrics but willing to kill your darlings.
• Bonus: experience in B2B sales, lead‑gen, or growth hacking communities.
