Role: Architecting the AI Sales Future We are looking for a Senior / Lead UX Designer who thrives on solving "wicked problems." You will be responsible for the cognitive flow of our platform, ensuring that as we add powerful AI capabilities, the product remains intuitive and easy to master.
Reporting directly to the Head of Design, you will be a strategic partner who operates with high autonomy.
We expect you to be an early adopter of AI-augmented design workflows, using the latest tools to prototype, validate, and build experiences at a pace that matches our engineering velocity.
