We\’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

As our Paid Media Manager, you’ll be the key player driving paid acquisition across all major platforms. You’ll work closely with our internal team and external agencies to make sure every dollar spent drives results.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee all paid media channels: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Bing, X, and more
• Analyze performance and deliver weekly reports with actionable insights
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and pixel setups are clean and accurate across platforms
• Collaborate with agencies to optimize creative, targeting, and budgets—providing strategic feedback and fresh ideas
• Spot opportunities for new campaigns, experiments, and growth levers

Qualifications

• 3+ years running and optimizing paid media campaigns
• Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
• Strong understanding of tracking, UTM structuring, and attribution logic
• Data-driven mindset with clear reporting and ROI analysis
• B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus
