What You’ll Do:
- Develop and own client email campaigns, automation pipelines, and GTM workflows
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to launch new initiatives and A/B experiments
- Integrate AI models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) for prompting, personalization, and smart automation.
- Automate everything from lead enrichment to deliverability and campaign optimization
- Scale systems reliably to support rapid growth and high-volume usage
- Help set up campaigns and automations for our VIP clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with AI, prompting, LLM integration, and automation systems
- Strong experience with email based outbound
- Proficiency in APIs - especially for SaaS/marketing/CRM tools
- Comfortable in a startup environment: own your scope, move quickly, iterate often
