Marketing Automation Manager

Now we\’re looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our team.

Primary Duties

• Lifecycle Campaigns: Build and launch end‑to‑end lifecycle campaigns that drive trial to paid conversions, boost retention and upgrades. This includes copywriting and design (can use our internal design partners for execution).
• Collaborate across departments: work with teams across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure messaging consistency and alignment throughout the customer journey. Making sure messaging reflects any changes made to the product.
• Own Intercom Execution: Take charge of campaign workflows, email & in‑app communications and audience segmentation within Intercom, ensuring tailored, automated & manual outreach at scale.
• Analyze and improve: Track campaign metrics, extract insights, and adjust tactics to enhance performance and hit key engagement and retention benchmarks.
• Targeted messaging strategies: Build segmentation frameworks to ensure communications are timely, personalized, and relevant at each lifecycle stage.
• Boost user retention: Detect early signs of disengagement and deploy targeted efforts to re‑engage and retain vulnerable segments.
• Performance reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership, summarizing campaign impact, customer trends, and optimization opportunities.

This is a full‑time & remote position. No slow processes – just jump in and start launching flows and automations that reach millions of people.
