Job Description
Role Overview
Reporting into the Head of Delivery, the Delivery Co-Ordinator will play a key role in the overall delivery process at Instant Win Gaming. Owning and delivering all documentation across the delivery process, the Delivery Co-Ordinator will be the cornerstone of the delivery process ensuring that all deliverables are clearly defined, communicated and planned into the process. Working and supporting all members of the delivery function, this role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and adapt to the ever-changing work landscape and an immaculate attention to detail to ensure that all documentation is precise, clear and correct.
Key Responsibilities
Client Documentation Management
- Creation of client delivery briefs ensuring that deliverables are clearly defined and correct in accordance with the expectations of the client
- Creation of translation documents ensuring full and complete accuracy with local and legal requirements to the client in question
- Creation of client specific working papers ensuring that all technical information is clearly communicated, and that all jurisdictional language is correctly implemented
- Maintain all documentation in an organised repository ensuring that everything is clear and easy to find
Studio Documentation Management
- Working alongside the content delivery team to create and maintain all levels of documentation throughout the game creation lifecycle
- Working closely with all members of the project team to ensure all requirements, decisions and output is clearly recorded and communicated as required across the business
- Creation of baseline copy decks to be used by the business for localisation purposes
- Creation of game specifications, outlining the key technical, functional and design elements of a game and ensuring that its clearly communicated in all relevant documentation
- Management of project documentation ensuring consistency and clarity across all projects to facilitate effective and efficient working practices
- Take an active interest in the product you deliver to your clients. Understand the product, the decision making that went into shaping it and the strategic and design reasons for this being part of our offering. Be confident in your understanding to support the clients when trying to deliver them our products and handle any queries they have.
