Office Administrator – Construction & Facilities Management
We’re hiring! Join a fast-paced and hardworking office environment within a fantastic and growing construction and facilities management company based in Scotland. With a strong reputation and ambitious growth throughout 2025, this is your chance to be part of something special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling engineers/sites and planned maintenance
- Managing delivery notes and planning deliveries
- Ordering stock and raising purchase orders (POs)
- Logging jobs and updating ongoing/completed work
- Preparing reports and quotes
- Customer care and complaint handling
- General office and admin duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Sage Accounts (or similar package)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail
- A true team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Previous experience in a fast-paced admin environment
