This is an opportunity to join a business where Amazon is a critical growth driver, and where strong operators can have a meaningful impact on performance and direction.
About The Role:
We are looking for a high-calibre Amazon Account Manager to drive trading performance across Amazon UK & EU. This is a commercially focused, hands-on role for someone who understands what moves the needle on Amazon — from visibility and conversion through to trading execution and performance optimisation. Reporting into the Head of Amazon at Instant Pot, you will take ownership of day-to-day performance across key markets, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to unlock growth opportunities and drive best-in-class execution. The role also offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in Amazon Advertising within a high-performing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve full-year net revenue and gross margin targets.
- Own day-to-day trading performance across Amazon UK & EU (1P & 3P).
- Drive continuous listing optimisation (titles, bullets, keywords, A+, content) to improve traffic and conversion.
- Support and develop Amazon Advertising (PPC) performance, working closely with internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and clear actions.
- Execute promotional and trading plans in line with commercial priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain to ensure strong execution and availability.
- Lead Amazon product compliance and support all brand registry requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- 5 – 7+ years Amazon experience, ideally across UK & EU markets.
- Strong working knowledge of Vendor Central.
- Proven track record of improving Amazon listing performance and conversion.
- Solid understanding of Amazon levers (search, content, pricing, availability).
- Comfortable with Excel and Data Analysis Tools (Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive).
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of Seller Central.
- Exposure to Amazon Advertising (PPC), with a desire to deepen capability.
- Experience with sales forecasting and opportunity modelling.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of circa £50k per annum (dependent on experience).
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Annual Bonus.
- Company Pension.
- Life Assurance.
