Salary: £29,000-£31,000 per annum, DOE

Job type: Permanent, full-time, Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)

WE WANT YOU TO:

  • Have a Cyber Security, IT or Computer Science related degree (or relevant experience).
  • Have 1+ year’s experience in a technology or consultancy role (desirable).
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service through professional communication.
  • Have a strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and fundamental concepts.
  • Foundational technical knowledge in networking and cloud services.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and scripting with PowerShell is beneficial.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake the auditing of client systems to measure security compliance.
  • Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to assist with assessment of organisational IT security posture.
  • Create reports related to client security including recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct client meetings to review security posture and make recommendations to improve.
  • Implement technical security controls on client systems (primarily Office 365).
  • Implement security awareness programmes for clients (Phishing Testing, Security Awareness Training Campaigns).
  • Assist with client security accreditation (Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, LOCS:23, ISO27001).
  • Complete vendor security audits and cyber insurance audits regarding to client systems.
