Description: Talent Acquisition Partner - Marketing Agency. French Fluency Essential. Location: Commutable to London due to hybrid nature of working from both the partners and our offices.

About the Role: In this role you will manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, leading the full hiring process from role briefings through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. You’ll be able to build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and candidates while providing market intelligence and talent insights to drive hiring success. The role requires expert recruitment skills, process ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver exceptional experiences and meet partnership SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery
    • Personal Sourcing & Screening - Leading role briefings, applying best practice sourcing strategies, and providing market intelligence updates to clients.
    • Offer Management - Understanding candidate motivators, pre-closing throughout the process, and preparing candidates for potential counter offers.
    • Interview Management - Thoroughly preparing both hiring managers and candidates, gathering immediate feedback, and keeping candidates engaged.
  • Process Management
    • Adopting Processes - Working effectively with centers of excellence, being proactive in adapting processes, and continuously improving sourcing approaches.
    • Controlling the Process - Agreeing SLAs with hiring managers, presenting candidates in review meetings, and maintaining process discipline.
    • Managing Expectations - Preparing thoroughly to handle objections, using ACT technique (Acknowledge, Clarify, Trial close), and building confidence with all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Reporting & Providing Insight - Maintaining accurate data, interpreting and presenting talent insights, and understanding partnership performance metrics.
    • Process Improvement - Monitoring industry developments, encouraging feedback culture, and recommending improvements for growth.
    • Relationship Building - Meeting stakeholders in person, listening effectively, adapting communication styles, and delivering on commitments.

You enthusiastically embrace new technology and innovative ways of working. You’re comfortable analysing data and reports to gain insights and continually improve. You speak French to a fluency of near/at native level. You have a keen interest in the marketing sector.
