The Role

As a Systems & Automation Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering innovative reporting, automation and business system solutions across Compliance and Risk. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will design, develop and enhance applications, dashboards and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, helping to improve operational efficiency, data quality and business insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to support Compliance and Risk functions
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, delivering meaningful insights for business stakeholders
  • Support and maintain business systems, investigating and resolving application and system issues
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable system, reporting and automation solutions
  • Manage system enhancements, testing, releases and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of system data across multiple platforms and reporting environments
  • Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server and integrated data sources to support reporting and automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain system integrations, APIs and automated workflows between business applications
  • Produce clear technical documentation, including system configurations, processes and change records
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology-led solutions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, with strong data visualisation capability
  • Strong understanding of low-code application development and business process automation
  • Experience working with SQL Server, SQL Management Studio and structured data environments
  • Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint and system integrations, including APIs and connectors
  • Experience supporting and enhancing business systems within a commercial environment
  • Strong understanding of system development lifecycles, including testing, releases and change management
  • Ability to gather, analyse and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of KYC data and corporate structures is advantageous
