Instant Impact is partnering with an AIM-listed client to recruit a Reward expert who can shape strategy, governance and executive remuneration across the Group. The role sits at the heart of the People function and will influence how the business invests in talent.
You'll lead the reward agenda—pay, incentives, benefits and pensions—and provide trusted advice on governance, benchmarking and long-term incentive design while working closely with the Group HR Director on broader people initiatives.
