Instant Impact are hiring for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager — Community, Events & Partnerships. You’ll own and scale our events, community and partnerships channel, turning it into a repeatable, measurable engine for growth. You’ll also help drive day‑to‑day delivery across our growth channels — partnering closely with the CMO and enabling the team to consistently hit (and exceed) pipeline contribution targets.
Key Responsibilities

- Own and scale our events and community channel, turning it into a scalable engine for growth and opportunity creation.
- Build and execute our partnerships strategy, including the plan, partner segments, tactics and resources required — and turn partnerships into a repeatable source of opportunities.
- Own channel performance management (forecasting, reporting, and channel plans) and use insights to continuously improve what we do.
- Enable the team to succeed in the channels they’re accountable for — lead, inspire, remove blockers, and ensure they have the resources and support needed.
- Work cross‑functionally with the wider Growth team, ensuring tight alignment across channels, priorities, and campaign execution.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience owning and scaling at least one of: events, community, partnerships (or closely adjacent growth channels).
- Hands‑on experience building or scaling a marketing function with an obsession for creating a world‑class, scalable and repeatable growth engine and managing a small team.
- Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver events and community‑building that add genuine value to the audience and drive opportunities.
- Experience building partnerships, identifying, securing, and activating partners and turning them into a predictable opportunity source.
- Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management — you can align Growth, Transformation and other teams to ship and iterate fast.
- High ownership mindset — you take full responsibility for your channels and do whatever it takes to make them perform.
- Curious and data‑driven — you test, measure, learn and iterate.
- Laser‑focused on our ICP and community — deep understanding of who we serve, what they care about, and how to earn attention and trust.
