You will play a central role in shaping and delivering people strategies that support our ambitious growth plans and cultural aspirations. You will also be instrumental in embedding our values and behaviours, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring that our people are empowered to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture and Engagement: Be a champion for culture, values, and behaviours, driving initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and high performance across the organisation.
  • Change Management: Lead people-focused change initiatives to support business transformation, ensuring smooth implementation and sustainable outcomes.
  • Strategic Partnering: Work with senior leaders to understand their business goals and provide tailored HR advice and solutions that align with strategic priorities.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions.
  • Employee Experience: Develop and deliver innovative strategies to enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development and beyond.
  • Performance and Development: Partner with leaders to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, enabling their people to reach their full potential.
  • HR Analytics: Use data and insights to inform decision-making, track progress, and measure the impact of people initiatives.

Work Location

Your primary place of work will be in Buckinghamshire but you will need to be able to travel to the client's other sites in the south of England (Greater London area mainly) and also up to Head Office in Huddersfield from time to time. You'll need to be in the office a couple of days each week.
