About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our growing team, advising national and international businesses on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganisations, and impact investing with a focus on the Global South.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and investments
• Manage and maintain client relationships and strategic business development
• Collaborate across departments on cross-border and impact investing projects
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to corporate team strategy
About You
• UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Enthusiasm for business development and client management
• Ability to work independently and within a team
