Instant Impact (RPO business) are looking for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Manager to take the lead on an exciting new partnership with a technology company. This is a full-time position with necessity for a candidate to be travelling to London offices 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Service Delivery
- Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy: Innovatively implement the TA strategy for new requisitions, ensuring a swift, effective, and engaging hiring process.
- Exceed Partnership Goals: Consistently meet and surpass all partnership SLAs and objectives, setting new benchmarks for success.
- Oversee the Hiring Journey: Manage all hiring activities by overseeing agreed volumes of roles with robust tech and Centre of Excellence support.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure high-quality work from Talent Acquisition Partners and any support from the Centre of Excellence.
- Partnership Management
- Create Amazing Experiences: Provide a top-tier, memorable experience to all key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, while continuously expanding our influence and impact with the partnership.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the Partnership Director to deliver cutting‑edge insights and foresight to stakeholders through detailed reports and talent/market intelligence.
- Drive Improvement: Offer fresh, innovative suggestions to enhance the client’s Talent Acquisition function and processes, supporting every step of the way in implementing these improvements.
- Grow through value: Identify opportunities where Instant Impact can add further value to the partnership, connecting client needs to the right expertise, tools, or solutions across our wider offering.
- Engage with ii Community: Sharing best practices, ideas, and partnership results. Leading internal coaching and training sessions. Embodying and promoting ii's values and culture.
Skills & Experience:
- Core Skills
- Software/Technology hiring experience: Experience working within or hiring within a technology company is desirable.
- In‑House or RPO Expertise: Previous experience working within an in‑house or RPO environment is essential.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer‑Centric Approach: A commitment to delivering outstanding service whilst fostering long‑term professional relationships.
