Instant Impact are hiring for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager — Community, Events & Partnerships. You’ll own and scale our events, community and partnerships channel, turning it into a repeatable, measurable engine for growth. You’ll also help drive day‑to‑day delivery across our growth channels — partnering closely with the CMO and enabling the team to consistently hit (and exceed) pipeline contribution targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the plans, tactics and resourcing required to hit our pipeline contribution targets, working with the CMO to deliver measurable pipeline and opportunity outcomes.
  • Own and scale our events and community channel, turning it into a scalable engine for growth and opportunity creation.
  • Build and execute our partnerships strategy, including the plan, partner segments, tactics and resources required — and turn partnerships into a repeatable source of opportunities.
  • Own channel performance management (forecasting, reporting, and channel plans) and use insights to continuously improve what we do.
  • Enable the team to succeed in the channels they’re accountable for — lead, inspire, remove blockers, and ensure they have the resources and support needed.
  • Work cross‑functionally with the wider Growth team, ensuring tight alignment across channels, priorities, and campaign execution.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience owning and scaling at least one of: events, community, partnerships (or closely adjacent growth channels).
  • Hands‑on experience building or scaling a marketing function with an obsession for creating a world‑class, scalable and repeatable growth engine and managing a small team.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver events and community‑building that add genuine value to the audience and drive opportunities.
  • Experience building partnerships, identifying, securing, and activating partners and turning them into a predictable opportunity source.
  • Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management — you can align Growth, Transformation and other teams to ship and iterate fast.
  • High ownership mindset — you take full responsibility for your channels and do whatever it takes to make them perform.
  • Curious and data‑driven — you test, measure, learn and iterate.
  • Laser‑focused on our ICP and community — deep understanding of who we serve, what they care about, and how to earn attention and trust.

Job Benefits

  • Work from Anywhere Policy: Enjoy the flexibility to work from any location for up to 4 weeks each year.
  • Private Health Insurance: Your health and well‑being are a priority. Benefit from comprehensive private health insurance through Aviva for peace of mind.
  • Home Office Allowance: Create your perfect home workspace with a £200 allowance to enhance your comfort and productivity.
