We are currently representing a leading global Financial Services firm in the appointment of high‑calibre professionals as part of a period of strategic growth and investment. Our client operates at the intersection of corporate, fiduciary and regulatory services, partnering with private equity houses, investment managers and international financial institutions. Our client is looking for a qualified Legal Advisor to step into this global role, working across multiple jurisdictions with regular exposure to senior stakeholders and key decision‑makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess regulatory and legislative developments impacting governance and client service delivery.
  • Deliver clear, concise updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Support global compliance and internal monitoring activities, including policy updates, process improvements and regulatory readiness.
  • Contribute to the development of legal and knowledge resources (e.g. client documentation, risk assessment, precedents, and guidance materials).
  • Help drive consistency and best practice through the harmonisation of legal resources across regions.
  • Review and share key industry, regulatory and legal developments across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and locations, including collaboration on thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support internal training, working groups and strategic projects as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • A qualified lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE.
  • Able to demonstrate in‑house experience gained within corporate services or financial services.
  • Able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks and projects to meet work standards and personal performance targets.
  • Able to work in a flexible manner and respond to changing circumstances and emergency situations.
